understanding the tree.
Tell us its size, its condition and where it lives now. From there we can work out whether we can help, for how long, and how it could travel safely.
Tell us what you need
The form below: your tree ID if you have it, roughly how big it is, where it is and what is changing.
We assess, then quote
Suitability, health, nursery space, transport and price — all agreed in writing before anything happens. We may ask you for photographs.
Keep the story going
Once you have accepted the quotation we record the handover, send the updates we agreed, and plan where the tree goes next.
Not every tree can travel.Please do not send a tree to us before we have agreed it — an unexpected parcel puts the tree at risk. A planted tree, a large specimen or a tree with a health problem may need a different answer, and sometimes the honest answer is that it should stay where it is.

Every quotation is for a fixed period.We do not offer care for the rest of a tree’s life, and we will not quote for something we cannot do well. If we cannot help, we will say so and suggest what we would do instead — a local nursery, a tree surgeon, or simply leaving the tree where it is.
